Eligibility Criteria
Idoneus has made a commitment to owners who have onboarded their most exclusive/off market asset(s) to maintain the highest level of discretion possible. Access to this Private Portfolio is therefore restricted to qualified individuals only, and requires a personalized account.

Proof of Financial Capacity. Requirement to present proof of capacity, in the form of signed letter on company letterhead from either your personal legal counsel, C.P.A. or banking institution, confirming your financial capacity as a High Net Worth Individual and accredited investor. This document will be required in order to submit your application.

Proof of Identity. Requirement to complete the Identity Verification protocol. This step is administered by our third-party, FINMA and VQF approved, KYC / AML partner and only takes a few minutes to complete. The purpose of this step is to ensure those who submit documentation are verified as being the individual referenced and to help ensure no bad actors participate within the Idoneus Private Portfolio. *If you have previously completed the KYC/AML protocol already, you do not have to repeat this process again.

Commitment to Strict Confidentiality. Unauthorized use and distribution of the information displayed on the Private Portfolio, outside of your key personnel (such as your legal counsel) in order to successfully facilitate a transaction, is strictly prohibited. The ability to copy or download text and images has been disabled. Offenses will lead to immediate termination of account access.
