IDON Price Algorithm

To protect the Idoneus Economy from volatility and the constant changes associated with external economic shocks and exchange rates, and to avoid inflation of the value of the IDON Token, a series of rules have been established that are governed by a transparent and auditable algorithm.

The pricing algorithm for IDON is based on quantitative, verified data regarding real-world movements of value in and out of the Idoneus Economy to calculate a transparent, predictable and auditable token price:

Base Value - The algorithm has $10.00 as its constant base value. This ensures that the value of IDON will never fall below $10.00.
Transaction Value - For every $200M in sales transactions on the Idoneus Platform, there is a $1.00 increase in the value of IDON. Once the total value of sales transactions reaches $1B, the IDON Price increase will be $0.50 for every $200M in sales transactions on the Idoneus Platform.
Asset Value - For every $100M in asset value that is onboarded on the Idoneus Platform, there is a $1.00 increase in the value of IDON. Once the total asset value on the Idoneus Platform reaches $5B, the IDON Price increase will be $0.50 for every $200M in asset value that is onboarded on the Idoneus Platform.

IDON is not listed for trading on a public crypto exchange. They can only be traded over-the-counter (“OTC”) and on private marketplaces. Idoneus is developing partnerships with third-party platforms to expand the utilization of IDON, as well as providing additional avenues to buy, sell and trade IDON. As an ERC-20 token, IDON is supported on various Polygon-compatible crypto wallets in order to receive, send and store IDON.
